Carol L. Fox is a Partner at Kapila & Company. She joined the firm in 2001 after working with large private and public corporations in Florida. She has also worked in the audit department of a large local accounting firm in Ft. Lauderdale.

Professional Experience

At Kapila & Company, Ms. Fox has provided investigative services in the areas of forensic investigation, litigation support, and bankruptcy. She has analyzed Debtor accounting activity, bankruptcy schedules, and Debtor-in-Possession Reports. Ms. Fox has assisted with the preparation of lost profit models and reports for damage calculations, investigating management's financial conduct relating to business operations and financial reporting.

Ms. Fox holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Florida.
