	Levitt and Sons has obtained Court approval of a financing agreement with Wachovia Bank that will permit the Company to re-start limited construction and sale efforts at selected properties. The Court has also approved the appointment of a Chief Administrator to supervise and manage the construction at all of the Wachovia projects.
