On November 5, 2006, Reuben T. Reinstein, Manager of Bayside died. Pursuant Section 5.02 of the Operating Agreements of Bayside, Soneet R. Kapila was designated Liquidator pursuant Consent to Action Without Meeting and To Appointment of Liquidator signed by the Members owning a majority in interest of the Units as of the date of dissolution of the company. |
